Exodus provides transitional housing and support services to assist homeless families in their progression to permanent housing and self-sufficiency. We have six transitional housing programs for homeless families, one of which specifically serves families who are homeless due to domestic violence. Periodically throughout the year we have openings for new families. When we have an opening we notify emergency shelter providers and other human service organizations. We accept applications on both a referral and individual basis. Applicants can fill out a client application and providers can fill out an agency/shelter referral form which are both available by contacting our office. The following information provides details regarding applicant eligibility and selection requirements for our program.
